Multilingual Chicago is located in the recently-rehabbed, historic Orbit Buidling on the corner of Milwaukee and Central park. Within one city block you can find restaurants featuring Polish, Ecuadorian and Mexican cuisine - and if you're lucky, you can probably find a tamale vendor pushing his cart at the exact time your stomach's starting to rumble.

With the help of a grant from the City of Chicago's Small Business Improvement Fund, as well as our friends at Ricciardi Development and Atelier Azara, we built out our space to create a comfortable learning environment for adults and kids. You'll be greeted by brightly colored walls, exposed brick, art from the Milwaukee Avenue Arts Festival and from trips to Guatemala and a cafe area with organic coffee and tea (and cheap red wine!) waiting for you.

Our center is ADA accessible according to the 2009 regulations. We try to be good to the environment by using recycled paper in our printers and eco-friendly toilet paper, facial tissue and cleaning supplies. We contract with a green cleaning service and, while we wait for the City to expand its recycling program, we pay for a private recycling pickup. We want to create a positive environment for our staff and our students - as well as make a positive impact on our community - and be a place where people want to come back!
