TeamMultilingual Chicago's founder is Dr. Jill Bishop, a linguistic anthropologist with twenty years of experience teaching language and culture both in the US and abroad. She founded Workforce Language Services in 2005 (MC's parent company) and has brought customized language training to Lou Malnati’s, the Chicago Fire, Kraft, Diana’s Bananas, the Field Museum, Yum! Brands, Cargill, Marriott, Four Seasons, Grand Victoria Casino and many others. In addition to her MA/PhD from UCLA (with a focus on Judeo-Spanish language revitalization efforts in Israel), Jill’s BA was in Spanish Education from the University of Illinois. Her academic teaching experience includes ULCA, Kendall College, Triton Community College, Oakton Community College, Harper College, Robert Morris College and Maine South and East High Schools. Our team includes Hilary Hodge (Director of Operations),
Adrienne Smith (Adult Class Coordinator), Jennifer Yang (Boot Camps,
Tutoring and Events Coordinator), Carolina Legg (Multilingual Kids
Coordinator) and Anna Gomez (Multilingual Kids Lead Teacher &
Curriculum Manager) - as well as dozens of fabulous instructors.
