At Multilingual Chicago, we're committed to providing the highest quality learning options and a great overall value. See below for class pricing and other relevant information. Please note that materials for our adult group classes are not included in prices; materials for our kids' classes and Bilingual Boot Camps are included. And as always, snacks and organic coffee, tea and juice are included - as is wifi in our cafe area.

Class Pricing

Our pricing is as follows:

Sample Class

If you're interested in our classes but want to try one out before registering, contact us to make arrangements to sample a class for free! Keep in mind that we limit our classes to a maximum of 8 students, so the earlier you register, the better.

Drop-in Rate

Not sure what your child's schedule will be, and therefore hesitant to register for a class? Our Parent & Tot and 3-5 year old language classes allow a drop-in option for $24 per session.

Discounts

To make our programs even more accessible, we offer a variety of discounts:

• Refer-a-Friend Discount: For each friend who registers for a course, you get a $15 credit toward your registration fees. Be sure to either let us know in advance or have your friend mention your name at sign-up (credit only applies for full courses - not for drop-ins). Contact us to redeem your credit.
• Sibling Discount: For our kids' classes, enjoy a 10% discount during any session when two or more siblings are enrolled. Use code SIB10 at checkout.
• Transition Discount: Tough times these days - we know! If you'd like to register for classes but are in between jobs, let us know, and we'll be happy to offer a 10% discount on full course enrollment. Use code TRANS10 at checkout.

Gift Certificates

Give the gift of language! Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount and can be used toward any classes - adults or kids, group or private. Just click here.

Payment Plans

If you want to register for a course but can't quite swing a full payment upfront, we do have a payment plan available that allows you to pay 60% upfront and the remaining 40% at Week 4. Contact us for more details.

Refunds/Cancellations

In order to create the best language learning experience for our students, we keep our classes small. We do, however, require a minimum of four students per class. In the event that the class you've registered for does not reach that minimum enrollment, we will have to cancel it. In that event, you will be entitled to a full refund or credit of fees paid.

Because of our small class size and to ensure that courses can sustain themselves, the following policies apply:

Group Courses

• Cancellations up to 7 days prior to the start of your class: tuition refund minus a $50 processing fee.
• Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice and through the first day of class: full tuition credit valid for 6 months.
• After the first week of class, we cannot offer any refunds or credits.
• If after your first class you feel it is not the right level or fit for you we will do our best to accommodate a switch in level, day or time (subject to availability). Please let us know if this is the case.
• If you miss a class, please touch base with your instructor or classmates to find out what was covered. If there is another section of your class on another day and time, you are welcome to schedule a make-up (provided there is space). And as a courtesy to your instructor and fellow students, please try to let someone know if you'll be absent and to give us a quick ring if you're running late.

Boot Camps

• Cancellations up to 7 days prior to the start of your class: tuition refund minus $30 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations with 1-7 days’ notice: full tuition credit valid for 6 months.
• For cancellations within 24 hours, we cannot offer any refunds or credits.

Private Tutoring

• We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a private tutoring session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will results in the loss of that session.

**If you are a Groupon user, please note that the same rules apply (just think of your Groupon as cash), and your six hours must be redeemed consecutively (not spread out over the 8 weeks). Questions? Just let us know!
