to learn the basics of a language but don't have a lot of time to
do so, consider our 7-hour Bilingual Boot Camp: an intensive program
for beginners looking to learn practical vocabulary and expressions
in advance of a trip or for business.
A must for those traveling to Brazil, especially during the Carnival
season! Turn your vacation into a memorable lifetime experience,
or gain the respect and confidence in business by speaking the language.
The Boot Camp will feature both a native Portuguese speaker as well
as a 2nd language speaker to help students understand the language
learning process from both perspectives. Curriculum materials will
be included for you to use and take home.
Ongoing dates
Give us a day, and we'll get you talking! For those
that want to learn the basics of a language but don't have a lot
of time to do so, consider our 7-hour Bilingual Boot Camp: an intensive
program for beginners looking to learn practical vocabulary and
expressions in advance of a trip, for work or to just get around
your neighborhood.
Multilingual Chicago offers a truly cool program
called Bilingual Boot Camp. Everything, including, the instructors,
the owner, the curriculum, the ambiance of the space, the yummy
snacks and hipness of the neighborhood was perfect for us. The
weekend curriculum covered common verbs, vocab and phrases. All
very useful for a beginning or even a lower level intermediate
spanish speaker. The teachers were great about showing us how
to use what we were learning in real life, as we spent a portion
of the weekend out in the neighborhood going to restaurants, street
vendors and stores where spanish was spoken . Bottom line: A wonderfully
enriching way to spend a weekend learning about Latin American
culture and language, presented by people who are passionate about
teaching.
