YouSwoop Redemption Instructions

To redeem your YouSwoop for a Bilingual Boot Camp, please use the code SWOOP512 and follow the steps below.

1. Click here to be redirected to Multilingual Chicago's Bilingual Boot Camp page.
2. Find the class you want and click on "Sign Up."
3. View the new event schedule page which pops up and click "Sign Up Now" for the class.
4. Enter your first and last name as a new student, and click "Next."
5. Fill out your completed student profile information and click "Create Account."
6. *If you are registering for a friend or family member with your Youswoop certificate, please see additional instructions below at this step.
7. Under "Single Reservation," click on "Enroll."
8. Select Bilingual Boot Camp | Language | Promo under "Which Would You Like to Purchase." *The Youswoop discount code will only work for "Promo"
9. Enter the code: SWOOP512 in the "Promotion Code" box, and click "Apply."
10. Click on "Check Out" once the order total is $0.
11. Click "Pace Order" at the Check Out/ Place Order page.
12. Check your email for a confirmation email. If you don't receive one within 24 hours, please contact our center at 773-292-7676 or email us.

*If you would like to redeem your YouSwoop certificate for your family member, please add his/her information under "Add Family Member" when creating your profile. Click on "Add Family Member" to open the section. Enter your family member's first and last name. Select your relationship from the drop down menu. Also select "Is Paid for by First Time Student." At the Single Reservation screen, select "Someone Else" to make sure the class will be under your family member's name.

In the event that you are redeeming a YouSwoop certificate that's not in your name, please send us a quick email with the Youswoop certificate number and the name on the certificate.
